Privatus is a privacy and personal-security platform. It is not a law firm, bank, credit-repair service, insurance provider, or emergency service, and it does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice.
Its features, including data removal, identity and dark-web monitoring, threat protection and the browser extension, masked email, phone, and virtual-card tools, and the AI assistant, are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. They cannot be guaranteed to remove your information permanently or to prevent exposure, breaches, fraud, or other harm.
Some features require sensitive information, such as your Social Security number or financial and bank details, and rely on third-party providers that process your information to deliver them. You choose whether to use those features.
Virtual card and banking features are provided by third-party financial partners and are governed by their cardholder and account agreements. Privatus is not a bank and does not hold your funds.
Masked phone numbers are not for emergencies. Never use a masked number to contact emergency services such as 911.
You agree to resolve any dispute through binding individual arbitration, and you waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
